Hard-boiled egg | 5 pcs |
Habanero Pepper | 3 pcs |
Dijon Mustard | 1 tsp |
Mayonnaise | 3 tsp |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Paprika | to taste |
Cilantro | For garnish |
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot over medium high heat and bring the water to a boil. Once the water comes to boil, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 15 minutes. Once ready, remove from heat and place the eggs sit in cold water, to easily peeled the eggs.
- Slice the habanero peppers and place them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes.
- After peeling the eggs, cut them in half and remove the yolks.
- Place the egg yolks into a bowl, add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper; stir well to combine and create a creamy filling. Grind the roasted habanero peppers and add them to the mixture.
- Fill each egg half with the prepared mixture.
