Instructions
- To start, wash and dry the Hot Thai Peppers. Then, slice each one into small pieces to help them better absorb the marinade.
- Then combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved and all the ingredients are well blended.
- Place the Hot Thai Peppers in the bowl with the marinade mixture. Ensure that all the peppers are well-covered.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to intensify the flavors.
- Once marinated, the Hot Thai Peppers are ready to use. You can incorporate them directly into your favorite dishes or finely chop them to add to sauces, soups, or salads. Alternatively, you can use them as a spicy dressing for grilled meats or fish.
