| Catsup Sauce | 300 grams |
| Witch sauce | 90 ml |
| Olive Oil | 30 ml |
| Olive Oil | 60 ml |
| Salt | ½ teaspoon |
| Freshly ground black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
| Cooked shrimp | 600 grams |
| Chopped onion | ¼ piece |
| Chopped Habanero pepper | 3 to 4 pieces |
| Chopped cilantro | 2 tbsp. |
| Avocado | 1 piece |
| Crackers | c/s to serve. |
Instructions
- In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Then, drain them and set aside.
- While the shrimp cool down a bit, prepare the cocktail sauce. In a bowl, mix finely chopped habanero with chopped onion. Add the "bruja" sauce and lemon juice, and mix well.
- Incorporate the ketchup into the previous mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocado into cubes and reserve a few slices for garnish.
- In another bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with the prepared sauce and avocado.
- Serve the shrimp cocktail in individual glasses, adding the remaining avocado to each portion and a small drizzle of olive oil on top.
- For a final touch, garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and a few slices of habanero, if you desire some extra heat.
