Instructions
- To start, combine mango chunks, honey, water, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. This will be the sweet and fruity base for your popsicles.
- Next, add the chopped habanero pepper to the blender. If you prefer a milder heat, use only part of the pepper, as it’s quite potent. Blend again until well mixed.
- Before pouring the mixture into popsicle molds, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and spiciness if needed with more honey or habanero.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
