Method for the roasted habanero sauce
- Start by roasting the tomatoes, chopped onions, habanero peppers, and garlic.
- Next, use a mortar and pestle to grind the roasted ingredients until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
- Add a touch of salt and lemon juice to enhance the flavors.
- Finish by incorporating chopped cilantro for a fresh touch.
- Adjust the seasoning.
