Instructions
  1. To start, heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the shishitos. Sauté them for 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden and slightly blistered.
  2. While the shishitos are cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salsa macha, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Stir well until everything is combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the shishito peppers in the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring the peppers so they get well coated with the glaze.
  5. Remove the peppers from the pan and serve them hot. You can garnish them with a bit of toasted sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
