Pizza sauce100 ml
Shredded mozzarella cheese200 grams
Seared shrimp100 grams
Purple onion15 to 20 strips
Habanero sliced3 to 4 peppers
Avocado8 to 12 slices
Instructions
  1. Begin by briefly boiling the shrimp in salted water for a minute to lightly cook them and retain their juicy texture. Alternatively, sear them in a hot skillet with a few drops of oil and salt for a more intense flavor. Once cooked or seared, set the shrimp aside.
  2. Place the pizza dough on a baking tray, ensuring it's stretched thinly for a crispy base.
  3. Spread the sauce over the stretched dough, ensuring it covers the surface evenly, avoiding the edges. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce, covering the entire pizza.
  4. Arrange the cooked shrimp on the pizza, followed by slices of habanero and julienne-cut onion, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the pizza for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
  6. After finishing baking, take the dish out of the oven and add avocado slices on top.
