Instructions
- Begin by briefly boiling the shrimp in salted water for a minute to lightly cook them and retain their juicy texture. Alternatively, sear them in a hot skillet with a few drops of oil and salt for a more intense flavor. Once cooked or seared, set the shrimp aside.
- Place the pizza dough on a baking tray, ensuring it's stretched thinly for a crispy base.
- Spread the sauce over the stretched dough, ensuring it covers the surface evenly, avoiding the edges. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce, covering the entire pizza.
- Arrange the cooked shrimp on the pizza, followed by slices of habanero and julienne-cut onion, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the pizza for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- After finishing baking, take the dish out of the oven and add avocado slices on top.
- Slice the pizza into generous portions and serve. Enjoy every bite and savor the harmony of flavors this recipe has to offer. Bon appétit!
