Ingredients for the roasted habanero sauce:

Garlic | 1 clove |
Red onion | ¼ piece |
Habanero pepper | 2 or 3 pieces |
Cilantro | 2 sprigs |
Lime | 1 ½ pieces (juice) |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Sour cream | 45 ml |
Cilantro | 3 sprigs (to decorate) |
Instructions
For the roasted habanero sauce:
- Roast whole garlic, chopped red onion, Habanero chiles and tomato (until their appearance and texture changes).
- Squeeze lemons.
- With the help of the molcajete grind habaneros, garlic, onion and tomato.
- Season with the salt and lemon juice.
- Add chopped coriander at the end.
- Season to taste.
To assemble nachos:
- Arrange the Tostitos on a platter or deep plate.
- Distribute the hot nacho cheese.
- Then spread the cooked beans.
- Coat with the warm roasted habanero salsa.
- Finish with cream.
- Garnish with three sprigs of coriander.
- To serve.
Servings: 1 orden.
Side note: The dish can be gratinated by adding some grated cheese and putting it under the broiler. It can be served with avocado or guacamole.
