Instructions
  1. To prepare this Mac and Cheese with Habanero, first, cook 60 grams of whole bacon slices until brown in a skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the diced onion and bacon until golden to intensify their flavor.
  3. Then add the diced habanero peppers and let them cook for a couple of minutes to release their aroma and flavor.
  4. Meanwhile, boil the macaroni in salted water until it is cooked, then drain it.
  5. Grate the parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the freshly cooked pasta with the cheeses and cream.
  7. Add the bacon and habanero mixture and stir until everything is well combined. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  8. To finish, add some slices of crispy bacon on top of the Mac and Cheese before serving, which will add a delicious crunch and additional flavor. Enjoy this comforting and spicy dish with your family and friends!
