| Habanero Pepper | 10 pzas |
| Carrots | 1/2 cup |
| Cauliflower | 1 tza |
| Cambray onion | 6 pcs |
| Garlic clove | 5 pcs |
| Vegetable oil | 1/3 cup |
| White vinegar | 1 1/2 cup |
| Water | 2 cups |
| Laurel | 3 hojas |
| Oregano | 1/2 tsp |
| Thyme | 1/3 cdta |
| Mejorana | 1/3 cdta |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Whole black pepper | 2/2 cdta |
Método para los habaneros en escabeche
- Cut the cambray onions, carrots and cauliflowers florets
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot
- Add the carrots, cambray onions, habanero peppers and the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 more minutes
- Remove from heat and reserve
- Put everything into a jar and enjoy! (keep refrigerated)
