Pickled Habanero

Below you will find our recipe:

Ingredients Qty
Habanero Pepper 10 pzas
Carrots 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1 tza
Cambray onion 6 pcs
Garlic clove 5 pcs
Vegetable oil 1/3 cup
White vinegar 1 1/2 cup
Water 2 cups
Laurel 3 hojas
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/3 cdta
Mejorana 1/3 cdta
Salt 1 tsp
Whole black pepper 2/2 cdta

Método para los habaneros en escabeche

  1. Cut the cambray onions, carrots and cauliflowers florets
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot
  3. Add the carrots, cambray onions, habanero peppers and the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 more minutes
  5. Remove from heat and reserve
  6. Put everything into a jar and enjoy! (keep refrigerated)
