| Tomato | 1/4 cup |

Instructions
- In a bowl add the juice of two limes and a pinch of salt; add the peppers and garlic cloves, let it rest for 15 minutes. While the peppers marinate, chop the tomatoes, onion and coriander
- In a molcajete, add the peppers, garlic and the juice of the limes; mix thoroughly
- Add the avocado and continue grinding until you have the desired consistency
- Once everything is well mixed, add the tomatoes, onions and coriander. Mix thoroughly
- Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dish!
