| Meatballs Ingredients | Qty |
| Ground beef | 2 pounds |
| All purpose flour | 1/3 cup |
| Red onion | 1/4 piece |
| Cilantro | 1/4 picado |
| Pineapple | 1/2 cup |
| Egg | 1 piece |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Sauce Ingredients | Qty |
| Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Pineapple | 1/2 taza (picada) |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Olive Oil | 1 tsp |
| Ginger powder | 1/2 tsp |
Sauce Instructions
- Blend all the ingredientes for the sauce and reserve
Meatballs Instructions
- Cut the onions, coriander and pineapple, mix in a bowl with the ground beef and an egg
- Season with salt, garlic and pepper
- Add the flour and mix thoroughly
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet; add meatballs and cook each side until browned
- Add the sauce and let them simmer in the sauce
- Serve and enjoy!
