Below you will find our recipe

IngredientsQty
Carolina Reaper 1-2 pcs
Tomato sauce1 cup
Canned crushed pineapple in syrup 15 oz
Apple vinegar2 tbsp
Bourbon 2 tbsp
Brown sugar1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
Garlic powder1 tsp
black pepper1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Mustard powder1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Wear gloves when handling the Carolina Reaper peppers. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds to reduce the heat. Then, finely chop them or process them in a food processor until you get a paste
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, crushed pineapple with its juice, apple cider vinegar, bourbon, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the mixture is boiling, add the Carolina Reaper paste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend and the sauce to thicken. Adjust the heat level by adding more chili paste if you prefer it spicier.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and mustard powder. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for a few more minutes to ensure the flavors are well incorporated.
  5. While preparing the sauce, cook the wings using your preferred method (oven, grill, or air fryer) until golden and crispy. Once cooked, toss them in the hot sauce or generously brush them with the sauce.
  6. Serve the wings with a little extra sauce on top and alongside your favorite sides.

These Flaming Hot Chicken Wings are the perfect flavor combination, offering an unforgettable experience!
