Instructions
  1. Start by finely chopping the onion and letting it sit in a bowl with a teaspoon of salt. Let it rest for a few minutes to soften and release its flavor. Then rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Peel and pit the mango, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. Wash the peppers and slice them thinly. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mango, red onion, Red Fresno peppers, and finely chopped cilantro.
  5. Next, squeeze the juice of the orange and lime over the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and intensify.
