| Cream cheese | 200 g |
| Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
| Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp |
| Italian seasoning | To taste |
| Pepper | To taste |
| Slice of bread | 4 pcs |
Instructions
- Cut the top off a head of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil. Take the garlic to the grill, allowing it to roast until it reaches that soft texture.
- In a bowl, combine butter with fresh basil, grated Parmesan, and grated cheddar cheese. Add the roasted garlic, and Italian seasoning to taste. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese with finely chopped habanero peppers. Add mayonnaise for a creamy texture and season with Italian seasoning and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Now, take slices of your favorite bread and generously spread them with the butter and cheese mixture. Place a slice of Manchego cheese on top and complete the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
- Heat the sandwich in a pan over low heat, flipping occasionally until golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted and formed a crispy layer on the exterior.
