Whole wheat flour | 1/2 cup |
Chickpea flour | 1/2 cup |
Plant-based Milk | 1/2 cup |
Siracha sauce | 1/4 cup |
Cornstarch | 1/4 cup |

Instructions
- Finely chop the habanero peppers
- In a skillet over medium heat, mix the buffalo sauce, siracha sauce and the habanero peppers. Once our ingredientes are well mixed, remove from heat and let it rest.
- Break the cauliflower into florets
- In a bowl, add the flour (whole wheat and chickpea) cornstarch, and a little bit of salt and pepper; stir until well-combined. In another bowl add the milk.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the milk and then to the flour mix. We repeat this steps twice, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200°C. You can also bake the cauliflower in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, pour the sauce over.
- Serve the cauliflower with sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
