| Habanero pepper | 3 pcs |
| Cornstarch | 3 tbsp |
| Paprika | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Onion | 1/4 piece |
| Apple vinegar | 1 1/2 cup |
| White vinegar | 1/4 cup |
| Water | 1/2 cup |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Mustard | 1/3 cup |
| Ketchup | 1/2 cup |
| Sugar | 1/4 cup |
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, salt and pepper
- Finely chop the habanero peppers and the onion
- Add apple vinegar, white vinegar, water, the habanero peppers and onion, into a saucepan over medium heat. And cook until it boils, stirring occasionally.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup and sugar to the saucepan and stir until well mixed
- Then add the cornstarch mix and keep stirring
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
- Remove from the heat and mix it with a blender for 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce back into the saucepan over low heat to thicken the sauce to the desired consistency.
