| Habanero pepper | 4 pcs |
| Green tomatoes | 5 pcs |
| Jalapeno pepper | 3 pcs |
| Head of garlic | 1 piece |
| Lime | 1 piece |
| Olive Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1 tbsp |
| Beer (optional) | to taste |
Sauce Instructions
- Slice the top off of the garlic bulb. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap it with foil.
- Place the garlic bulb on the grill. Also add to the grill the tomatillos, jalapeno and habanero peppers. (put the habanero peppers over indirect heat)
- In a molcajete, add the garlic with a little bit of olive oil and grind the ingredientes.
- Add the jalapeno and the habanero peppers into the molcajete. Then add the tomatillos and grind until all the ingredientes are blend together
- When the mixture has reached the desire consistency, add lemon juice and salt, and mix thoroughly.
- *Optional* For more flavor add a little bit of beer (of your choice) to the salsa
