Salsa Negra Marisquera

Below you will find our recipe:

Ingredients Qty
Habanero pepper 4 pcs
Clamato Juice 1/4 cup
Lime 4 pcs
Grain Salt 1 tsp
Hot sauce (Valentina) 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Maggi sauce 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
Tajin (chili powder) 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Cucumber 1/4 piece
Red onion 1/4 piece
Shrimp 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add salt, lemon juice and roasted habaneros into a molcajete, and grind the ingredients
  2. Then add Clamato juice, hot sauce, soy sauce, Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, pepper and mix thoroughly
  3. Cut the cucumber and onion in small pieces and add them to the sauce. 
  4. Add the shrimps to the sauce 
  5. Serve with tostadas and enjoy!
