| Serrano chili pepper | 2 pcs |
| Avocado | 1/2 piece |
| Garlic clove | 2 pcs |
| Onion | 1/3 pza |
| Tomatillo | 4 pcs |
| Cilantro | 1/4 cup |
| Lime | 1 piece |
| Salt | to taste |
Sauce Instructions
- Roast the peppers, garlic, onion and tomatillos
- Add the garlic and kosher salt into a molcajete and grind. Then add the peppers, the onions and the tomatillos; continue grinding
- Chop avocado and coriander and add this ingredients to the sauce with the juice of one lime; mix thoroughly
- Done! Serve this with grilled meat and enjoy!
