Tuna Tartare

Below you will find our recipe:

Ingredients Qty
Tuna 300 gr
Habanero pepper 2 pcs
Cucumber 1/2 piece
Fresh ginger to taste
Cambray onion 1 piece
Lime 1 piece
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the tuna, habanero peppers, cucumber, cambray onion and ginger; reserve
  2. In a bowl mix lime, white vinegar, sesame oils and soy sauce
  3. Add the cut up tuna, habanero peppers, cucumber, cambray onion and ginger to the bowl of sauce and mix until combined. Let the ingredients marinate for about half an hour
  4. Now to assemble the tartare, take a mold or ramekin. Add the tuna mixture and press it down 
  5. Carefully remove the mold and decorate with sesame seeds and sliced habanero peppers
  6. Enjoy your tuna tartare!
