| Tuna | 300 gr |
| Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
| Cucumber | 1/2 piece |
| Fresh ginger | to taste |
| Cambray onion | 1 piece |
| Lime | 1 piece |
| White vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
| Soy sauce | 3 tbsp |
| Sesame seeds | 2 tsp |
Instructions
- Chop the tuna, habanero peppers, cucumber, cambray onion and ginger; reserve
- In a bowl mix lime, white vinegar, sesame oils and soy sauce
- Add the cut up tuna, habanero peppers, cucumber, cambray onion and ginger to the bowl of sauce and mix until combined. Let the ingredients marinate for about half an hour
- Now to assemble the tartare, take a mold or ramekin. Add the tuna mixture and press it down
- Carefully remove the mold and decorate with sesame seeds and sliced habanero peppers
- Enjoy your tuna tartare!
