Pimienta en grano | 15 gr |
Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
Butter | 45 gr |
Garlic clove | 1 piece |
Heavy cream | 200 ml |
Salt | to taste |
Lime | 1/2 piece |
Instructions
- Crush the peppercorns in a mortar
- Grill the habanero peppers and once they are ready, blend with the pepper in the mortar
- Melt butter in a skillet. Then add a garlic clove finely chopped
- Once the butter melts, add the mix of peppercorns and habanero, heavy cream and salt. Stir until all blends together
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and add lemon juice
- This sauce is perfect to go with steak!
