Instructions
- Start by blanching the habanero peppers to reduce their spiciness without losing their characteristic flavor.
- Next, finely chop the habanero peppers, cambray onions, and hard-boiled egg.
- Grind coriander seeds, anise seeds, and pepper to enhance mayo flavor.
- Mix the mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, carrot puree, and the ground spices in a bowl. Incorporate the chopped habanero peppers, cambray onions, and hard-boiled egg. Refrigerate the mixture to enhance the flavors.
- Next, generously spread the prepared mayonnaise on the bread.
- Arrange slices of meat and roasted peppers (bell pepper and poblano pepper) and grilled cambray onions on the mayo-covered bread.
