Instructions
- To prepare this Mac and Cheese with Habanero, first, cook 60 grams of whole bacon slices until brown in a skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the diced onion and bacon until golden to intensify their flavor.
- Then add the diced habanero peppers and let them cook for a couple of minutes to release their aroma and flavor.
- Meanwhile, boil the macaroni in salted water until it is cooked, then drain it.
- Grate the parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
