Blend until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a medium pan, heat one tablespoon of oil and add the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prepare the Green Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the green sauce, follow the same procedure as for the red sauce. Roast the Red Fresno peppers, green tomatoes, half an onion, and a garlic clove. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend the ingredients with the chopped cilantro and one tablespoon of flour to thicken. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the sauce into a pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assemble the Enchiladas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lightly heat the tortillas in a pan with a bit of oil to soften them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill each tortilla with some shredded chicken and fold them in half.
