In this recipe, the corn is grilled to perfection and complemented with a spicy Red Fresno chili sauce that adds a touch of heat and color.   1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Peel the corn, removing the husks and silk, and rinse under cold water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Brush the corn with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking to the grill. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Place the corn on the hot grill and cook, turning occasionally, until golden, about 10-15 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. While the corn is grilling, in a small bowl, mix the olive oil with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped Red Fresno peppers. Stir well to combine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and while still hot, generously brush the spice sauce over it. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
