Ghee<\/td>1\/2 tsp<\/td><\/tr>
Agave syrup<\/td>1\/3 cup<\/td><\/tr>
Mushrooms<\/td>225 g<\/td><\/tr>
Red onion<\/td>1\/4 piece<\/td><\/tr>
Chicken breasts<\/td>100 g<\/td><\/tr>
Thyme<\/td>1\/2 tsp<\/td><\/tr>
Garlic powder<\/td>1 tsp<\/td><\/tr>
Vinegar<\/td>1\/2 cup<\/td><\/tr>
Mozzarella cheese<\/td>200 g<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
  1. Start by chopping habanero peppers and removing the seeds. Cook them in a pan with garlic powder, vinegar, and a pinch of salt<\/li>
  2. Then blend the mixture with agave syrup and more vinegar. Transfer the sauce to a pan and cook until it boils.<\/li>
  3. In another pan, cook onions and chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside.<\/li>
  4. Place the flatbread on a tray and spread a thin layer of ghee. Sprinkle some thyme on the bread and add the habanero sauce.<\/li>
  5. Then, add mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and the cooked chicken.<\/li>
  6. Bake at 180\u00b0C for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.<\/li>
