Once our ingredientes are well mixed, remove from heat and let it rest.<\/li>\n<li>Break the cauliflower into florets<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, add the flour (whole wheat and  chickpea) cornstarch, and a little bit of salt and pepper; stir until well-combined. In another bowl add the milk.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cauliflower florets to the milk and then to the flour mix. We repeat this steps twice, making sure each piece is evenly coated.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange the cauliflower florets in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200\u00b0C.
