Cook until fragrant.<\/li><li>After cooking the bacon, onion, and habanero, add honey, espresso coffee, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Let the mixture simmer over medium heat to allow all the flavors to blend together. <\/li><li>Season with sea salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors of the jelly.<\/li><li>Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.<\/li><li>After the mixture has cooled down, transfer it to a blender and blend until it is smooth and consistent. This will give you the perfect jelly texture.<\/li><li>After preparing the jelly, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate to keep it fresh and ready for consumption.<\/li><li>And there you have it!
