Tuna Carpaccio with Habanero

Below you will find our recipe:

Ingredients Qty
Tuna 150 gr
Habanero pepper 2 pcs
Cucumber 1 piece
Red onion 1/2 piece
Orange 1/2 piece
Lime 5 pza
Soy sauce 1/3 cup
Cilantro to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut thin slices of tuna; set aside
  2. Slice the cucumbers in half moons (remove seeds)
  3. Finely chop the onion and habanero peppers
  4. In a bowl add soy sauce and orange juice
  5. Place the tuna in a plate. Add lime juice, salt and the soy sauce with orange juice mixture
  6. Then add the slice cucumbers, onions and habanero peppers. Add on top a little bit of chopped coriander to decorate
  7. Serve with tostadas and enjoy!
